Zefix Ecowas LTD is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and, optionally, your vehicle registration. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never store your card details.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used — which pages people visit, how they arrive and which parts they look for. This helps us stock the right injectors and fix what is hard to find.

Google Analytics sets cookies and records your approximate location from a shortened version of your IP address. We have enabled IP anonymisation, we do not send it your name, phone number, email or address, and we do not use it to identify you personally. To opt out entirely, install Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Your data is used to fulfil orders, issue GRA-certified invoices, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
