These Terms govern your use of the Zefix Diesel online store, operated by Zefix Ecowas LTD (Spintex Road, Accra, Ghana, TIN/VAT CS276772013), and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (₵) and include VAT, NHIL and GETFund as required by the Ghana Revenue Authority. The price charged is the price recalculated by our system at checkout, not any cached or displayed figure.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, backorder or refund.

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details and not to misuse the store or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
