Returns Policy

We want you to receive the correct, working part. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery or pickup for an incorrect or faulty item. The part must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or invoice.

Parts that have been fitted, modified, or damaged by contaminated fuel or incorrect installation are not eligible for return (see Warranty for defect claims).

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description (and photos, if possible). We will confirm the return, receive the item at our Spintex Road branch, and resolve it as an exchange, warranty claim or refund.
